Basic Concept #0: Don’t take my word for it

Kick-off

These concepts aren’t commandments. They’re tools.

They’re not absolute truths, they’re things I’ve learned, often the hard way. Through doing, failing, leading, burning out, recovering, and seeing it all repeat from the other side of the table.

Some will hit you right now. Others will feel irrelevant. Use what fits, leave the rest.

The Architecture

Think of these concepts like trading signals:

Signals help you spot what’s happening—the patterns most people miss, the dynamics playing out beneath the surface.

Triggers help you decide how to act—when to speak, when to wait, when to walk away.

Context helps you zoom out—see the full chart when you’re caught in the day-to-day noise.

None of them are meant to control you. They’re here to give you angles, help you see patterns, provide perspective. So when things feel foggy, at least you know where the edges are.

The Invitation

This isn’t advice. It’s architecture. Logic and clarity. A quiet offer, not a loud command.

You can build your own rules later. For now, borrow mine, they’ve served me well. Maybe they’ll do something for you too.

Not because I said so, but because something in you recognizes the shape of it.

This is an activity. You have to practice it and see what works for you.

Let’s start there.
