Who am I?
My name is Eric Woerdeman. I’ve led teams, built systems, worked inside the maze of corporate life and eventually walked out of it: I burned out, moved to Portugal, and started again.
Now I write, reflect, and help others move through their own transitions with more calm, clarity, and awareness. I’m not a guru, I’m not performing. I’m just someone who’s seen the system from the inside, learned a few things the hard way, and decided to share what actually helps.
This work sits at the edge of coaching, strategy, and mentorship — but always grounded in one thing: clean clarity.
